Community Counseling
Support for the Whole Person
Our community counseling provides a safe, confidential space to work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Sessions are offered one-on-one and in small groups, with care to keep support accessible to those with limited means.

When someone is facing an emotional crisis, they need care and clear next steps. Our crisis support offers a compassionate first response, encouragement, and connection to appropriate emergency and professional resources.
